Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the airport engineering equipment / installations / facilities for system serviceability and availability. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Supervises and ensures full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module) Provides guidance, advice, and direction to all subordinates to promote high standard of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel job enrichment Revises PPM checklist, tasks list, and master data, and analyzes technical reports to identify trends for facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends continuous improvement Reviews the performance of the facilities / system and provides input and recommendation for any upgrading or refurbishment work Establishes new contracts, manages, and ensures contractors deliver the service standard as required in the contract for outsourcing work Executes the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules, as well as implements approved capital and operating budget Achieves the KPI Complies with Standard of regulatory requirement (MAHB Policies and Procedure) Skills

Analyzes technical reports, identifies trends for facilities and equipment breakdowns, and recommends continuous improvement actions Analyzes cost implications of operations, maintenance, and repair activities and recommends budgetary actions Keeps abreast with the latest technology in the industries Plans and ensures high standard of maintenance work Relevant Industries

Fresh graduate with Diploma Engineering / Technical or SPM / SPMV or STPM with SKM (level II) with a minimum of 1 year of related working experience or SPM / SPMV with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience Education
