Overview

Join to apply for the NOC Senior Technical Support Engineer role at Quectel

Conduct deep monitoring of global IoT platform performance (including eSIM / vSIM connectivity quality).
Resolve Level 2 technical incidents, leading complex issue replication and diagnostics.
Develop automation scripts (Python / Shell) to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist supervisors in creating SOPs and guide NOC technicians in technical operations.
Support NOC supervisors in delivering technical training to team members to elevate technical proficiency.
Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to contribute to knowledge base development.
