Strong knowledge of procurement systems (ERP / P2P) and MS Office tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus. Join us as a Senior Procurement Executive , where you’ll play a key role in driving efficient purchasing processes, vendor management, and catalogue enablement across our organization.
What you’ll be doing :
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
- Support vendor onboarding, catalogue enablement, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Act as the first point of contact (L0 support) for procurement system and policy queries.
- Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and more.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
