Responsibilities
- Support our integrated facilities management approach by assisting with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and service delivery to clients.
- Help implement our facilities management technology platforms and reporting systems to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metrics.
- Assist in coordinating our approved vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with our procurement procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Contribute to our sustainability initiatives by supporting energy efficiency programs and green building practices at client sites.
- Conduct regular facility inspections using our quality assurance protocols to identify and address potential issues.
- Support the development of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and help monitor performance against these agreements.
- Participate in our emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for client facilities.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring using our financial management systems.
- Ensure compliance with our safety standards, local regulations, and client-specific policies.
- Help coordinate special projects and workplace experience initiatives that align with our Future of Work strategies.
