SERVICE TECHNICIAN
ABOUT THE JOB
At Electrolux Professional, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of Service Technician. This person would be responsible for conducting technical support activities in order to ensure Electrolux Professional’s customers after sales services excellence. Also, to provide technical products training to internal Professional, and external to customers and third parties to ensure excellence in products knowledge.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS : Technical Support
- Provide technical support activities on site for customers on ad hoc basis
Accredited services team management
Implement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for technical skills level of ASCs.conducts audits and evaluation of technical supports team of dealers and accredited services suppliers to ensure teams meet Professional service capability requirements’Training
Conduct technical support and products knowledge training for customers, dealers team, accredited services suppliers as per training plan and on ad hoc basisReporting
Prepare technical intervention reportMonthly report feedback on products performances and issues from customers, dealers, sales team.ABOUT YOU
Ideal Candidate should have technical knowledge and expertise of similar productsPerson should have good interpersonal skillsAbility to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches and solutionsExperience in similar industry of 3-5 yearsREQUIRED COMPETENCES
