Penerangan pekerjaanImplement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for technical skills level of ASCs. conducts audits and evaluation of technical supports team of dealers and accredited services suppliers to ensure teams meet Professional service capability requirements’ Conduct technical support and products knowledge training for customers, dealers team, accredited services suppliers as per training plan and on ad hoc basis Prepare technical intervention report Monthly report feedback on products performances and issues from customers, dealers, sales team. Ideal Candidate should have technical knowledge and expertise of similar products Person should have good interpersonal skills Ability to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches and solutions Experience in similar industry of 3-5 years Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments. ABOUT THE JOB
At Electrolux Professional, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of Service Technician. This person would be responsible for conducting technical support activities in order to ensure Electrolux Professional’s customers after sales services excellence. Also, to provide technical products training to internal Professional, and external to customers and third parties to ensure excellence in products knowledge.
