Global Manager, IT Operations / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support all factory data centre operations, including servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including identity management, virtual machines, networking, and security policies.
• Lead administration and performance management of the global Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, access points, VPN, and SD-WAN configurations.
• Supervise the IT helpdesk team, ensuring timely and effective end-user support across the organization and adherence to SLAs.
• Perform and oversee routine Office 365 administration tasks, including user account management, license allocation, email security, SharePoint / OneDrive access, and Teams configuration
• Develop and enforce IT infrastructure standards, procedures, and security policies in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the ERP IT Manager to coordinate infrastructure-level support for Epicor ERP, ensuring system reliability and availability.
• Lead vendor management activities for infrastructure and support tools, including hardware, software, and managed services.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and manage IT operations budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and regularly report KPIs to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with global IT security and data protection regulations.
