About the role

CMNK SDN BHD is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional support; you will act as a technical advisor and a strategic partner to our clients within the healthcare sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring clinicians and healthcare providers maximize the value of our innovative medical products, directly impacting patient care and driving our market success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement : Develop and execute customized product strategies and implementation plans that address the specific clinical and operational needs of clients in key specialties.
Expert Technical Advocacy : Provide high-level technical support, product demonstrations, and comprehensive training to customers, empowering them to utilize our products to their full potential and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Serve as the critical link between customers and our internal teams. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to relay customer feedback, advocate for product enhancements, and contribute directly to the product innovation roadmap.
Market Intelligence : Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, evolving regulatory requirements, and competitor landscape to identify new opportunities and inform our commercial and product strategies.
Professional Representation : Represent CMNK SDN BHD at key industry events, including medical conferences, trade shows, and surgical workshops, to promote our solutions and strengthen our brand presence.
Mentorship : Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Product Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or Technical Sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Non-Negotiable Requirement : The ideal candidate must possess an established network and demonstrable channel advantages within at least one of the following medical specialties : Anesthesiology, Surgery, Gynecology, or Oncology.

Extensive knowledge of medical devices, surgical technologies, and the relevant clinical applications. A deep understanding of industry regulations (e.g., MDA) and hospital protocols is essential.

Proven track record of translating complex technical and clinical information into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for a diverse audience, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex customer challenges.

A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve common business goals.
