Overview
ATCM - Application Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaker at Accenture Southeast Asia. This role acts as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products and requires Mandarin language proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products
- Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
- Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response
- Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN)Experience with Linux / Windows server environmentsFamiliarity with Tencent Cloud services preferredGood communication and customer service skillsPreferred certifications : Tencent Cloud TCA / TCPJob details
