Position Summary :

The Junior Accounting Assistant will be part of the finance team, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
• Maintaining and recording supplier invoices and payments.
• Checking payment status and updating customers.
• Processing payments and updating service providers.
• Assisting with monthly reconciliation of financial statements.
• Recording expense claims and petty cash transactions.
• Maintaining proper filing of accounting documents.
• Undertaking other accounting-related tasks as required.
