About the Job

A dynamic and results-driven personnel to lead business growth initiatives for the affluent and mass affluent segments through strategic collaboration with our distribution partners. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing and engagement activities across Malaysia.

  • Actively solicit sales activities from distribution partners and drive product take-up rates.
  • Ensure efficient and effective end-to-end sales and customer servicing activities, including post-sales services.
  • Coordinate and support sales, service, client events, and marketing activities, together with our distribution partners.
  • Pro-actively work with relevant functions including product management and operations to align on business strategy and product aspects.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities are conducted in-line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel around across Malaysia for sales and marketing activities, if required.

We are looking for people with

  • A recognised tertiary education, relevant certifications with life insurance related qualifications and financial planning qualifications is an advantage too.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services sales, with strong expertise in life insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Independent, self-driven with outstanding interpersonal skills.
