Job descriptionAchieve personal and team sales targets Generate leads (including cold calls) and convert them into customers Sell aircraft components and related services Source products and negotiate with both suppliers and customers to optimize margins Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities Develop and test creative sales strategies Attend meetings, events, and training to stay current with industry trends Maintain product knowledge and expand your professional network Proven B2B trading experience in the aviation industry (essential) Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering preferred Strong network within the aviation sector in Malaysia / SEA is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills Proven track record in sales from start to close Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage Experience with Quantum software is a bonus
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a fast-paced aviation trading team, specialising in Airbus and Boeing components.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B trading experience in aviation to take ownership of sales across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
