We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a fast-paced aviation trading team, specialising in Airbus and Boeing components.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B trading experience in aviation to take ownership of sales across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve personal and team sales targetsGenerate leads (including cold calls) and convert them into customersSell aircraft components and related servicesSource products and negotiate with both suppliers and customers to optimize marginsConduct market research to identify new sales opportunitiesDevelop and test creative sales strategiesAttend meetings, events, and training to stay current with industry trendsMaintain product knowledge and expand your professional networkRequirements
Proven B2B trading experience in the aviation industry (essential)Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering preferredStrong network within the aviation sector in Malaysia / SEA is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and time management skillsProven track record in sales from start to closeAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsProactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressureFluent in English; other languages are an advantageExperience with Quantum software is a bonus
