Job descriptionPhone line and e-mail coverage. Support internal department enquiries and reporting. Contractual services as well as technical and general support for Institutional Relationship Managers. Autonomous and reactive coverage of cash management clients clustered in Tier 4 by International Corporates Relationship Managers. Support ad-hoc client initiatives with Institutional Relationship Managers. Handle customer enquiries considering the bank’s requirements, rules, regulations and compliance tasks. Adherence to the bank’s governance policies and 1st Line of Defense compliance tasks. Support Institutional Relationship Managers in Compliance / Governance topics for trade finance and cash management products, ensuring knowledge of the client and business to comply with AML / CFT requirements. Act in line with the Code of Conduct and uphold the Culture of Integrity. Ensure compliance with local laws and internal Commerzbank regulations publicly available to employees. More than 3 years of working experience in Business Administration or related field. Fluent verbal and written in English and French. MS Office Suite skills. Strong team player with interpersonal and communicative skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, hardworking, with a passion for the role. Interest in working in a new and developing organization. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Overview
Client Service Specialist / Senior Specialist (Banking) - Europe / Africa
Client service with phone line and e-mail coverage for the Europe / Africa region, handling cash management products, payment support, investigation and reconciliation cases, and account administration, in coordination with the dedicated Cash Management Specialist for Europe / Africa.
Responsibilities
- Ensure close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure service quality for all branches coverage.
- Understand team responsibilities and provide support to the Team Head when necessary.
- Proactively contribute new ideas and concepts to the team.
- Act as mentor and subject matter expert for client services.
- Support Head of Department in initiatives for the benefit of the team and organization.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
