Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Customer service oriented, result driven & good team player;
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills;
- Able to working in a fast paced environment;
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Guest Relations Assistant includes :
