Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Perform a range of duties which generally involve planning, coordinating, and managing schedules, meetings or other corporate activity.
- Ensure proper recording of important documents on electronic filing system.
- Maintain an organized archive such that allows for easy retrieval of necessary documents.
- Assist in prioritizing / filter documents based on urgency and impact.
- Assist in coordination of memo out of CMs office including but not limited to CMs speech, townhall events etc
- Assist in review coordination and creation of system for CMs easy review and approval.
- Assist in management of documents into CMs office including but not limited to distribution and alert.
- Assist in intelligence on special issues or research for Country Manager
- Assist in securing information / data across the organization relevant to CMs requests.
Qualifications :
University Degree in any field
7 years of working experience with a 2 years experience in the oil and gas industry.Specific experience in an executive office is an added advantage.Must be able to demonstrate and apply a good understanding of workflow and basic oil and gas documentations in MalaysiaFluency in English, both spoken and written is essential.Strong personal and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to meet the fluctuating requirements of potential cross-functional support.Capable in the following computer programs :1. Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project.
2. Experience in document management software is an added advantage
