Responsible for visual merchandising, inventory management, company CI.
To report on observation, review, analysis and action of front-liner, outlet image & customer buying behavior to your superior for further progress. Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales
Monitoring competitors activities, mall’s performance, market survey and feedback to HQ
Attend to customer complaints, feedback and provide problem solution within authority limit.
Generation & submission of all reports to the managers / functional departments.
To organize sales training & motivation session frequently to improve staff’s productivity
Responsible in recruitment of new staff, dealing with staffing issues including performance review and appraisal.
To ensure the outlets operations comply with company policy.
Building good team morale and maintain a harmony working atmosphere
To promote and uphold company culture & brand values
Any task assigned by Manager / Company from time to time.
Requirements :
minimum 1 year in Manager level or having more 10 years’ experience as Sales Supervisor / Executive.
Ability to work independent with multi-tasking workload.
Fast-leaner, initiative & good discipline attitudes.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Pleasant disposition with a positive outlook in life.
Pro-active, self-motivated, agile, promotes excellence and ability to meet deadline and target.
Tactful and discreet in handling confidential information.
