Job descriptionWrite compelling scripts with strong story arcs, character development, and dialogue suited for anime-inspired storytelling. Translate ideas into emotionally engaging episodes that resonate with diverse audiences. Ensure narrative continuity, pacing, and tone consistency across all produced episodes. Edit and assemble AI-generated visuals, audio, and dialogue into cohesive, high-quality videos. Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to improve creative efficiency and output quality. Plan production timelines and manage assets from concept to release. Maintain creative quality, consistency, and adherence to delivery deadlines. Collaborate cross-functionally where necessary, while maintaining ownership of the final product. Diploma in Multimedia, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital content creation, storytelling, or media production. Proven ability to create full-cycle content using AI and digital tools, from scripting to final output. Familiarity with anime genres and production styles, with strong storytelling and visual development skills is a strong plus. Proficient in AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Nanobanana, Kling, Suno, ElevenLabs) and multimedia editing software. Strong sense of timing, pacing, and tone in combining visuals, audio, and narrative. Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills. Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-evolving AI production environment. Annual Leaves- Additional annual leave will be credited to you on a yearly basis. The Job
1. AI Content Creation & Production
- Create complete short-form anime-style episodes independently using AI tools and creative software.
- Manage the full production workflow including story, visuals, animation, music, SFX, and voice-overs.
- Use AI platforms such as Nanobanana , Kling , Suno , ElevenLabs , and similar tools to generate and refine creative assets.
