Job descriptionDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote WMA’s training programs, seminars, and conferences. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn . Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, and landing pages to strengthen WMA’s brand identity. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools, and optimize for better ROI. Collaborate with the design and program teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent visual identity. Manage email automation , remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation. Research new digital trends, tools, and competitors to improve marketing strategies. Mentor junior team members and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign impact.
