Job descriptionLead the conceptualisation and development of visual assets for marketing materials, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Drive brand identity direction , ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Oversee and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and quality control. Collaborate with marketing and management teams on strategic campaign planning , exhibitions, and new product launches. Produce high‑quality design work for brochures, catalogues, social media, web visuals, packaging, and booth / exhibition materials. Edit, retouch, and enhance product photos and campaign visuals. Prepare production‑ready files for both print and digital outputs. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to create high‑quality visuals (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage). Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Leadership qualities and experience guiding junior designers is a plus. - Monday to Friday : 8.30 am – 5.15 pm
- Saturdays : 8.30 am – 1.00 pm (Work only 1 Saturday of the month)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brand’s visual direction. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of design work—from conceptualisation to execution—while ensuring brand excellence across all digital and print platforms.
You will work closely with management, marketing, and product teams to shape impactful visuals that support brand growth, product launches, exhibitions, and international campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and is ready to mentor junior designers when needed.
