Senior Graphic Designer

Sterrific Sdn Bhd is a digital marketing agency based in Petaling Jaya. We’re looking for a Creative Designer with strong visual instincts, high design standards, and a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for producing creative materials that elevate brand identity, drive engagement, and make people stop scrolling.

Job Description

Exprienced website designer and graphic design for social media posts

Design graphics, banners, carousels, and infographics for social media marketing campaigns.

Create and refine website and landing page layouts that align with campaign goals.

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, decks, and brand identity visuals.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and web teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Maintain design quality and consistency across multiple platforms.

Keep up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and visual formats.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency or creative environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing design work across social, web, and branding projects.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.

Good command of English and able to communicate ideas clearly.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative ownership.

Bonus Skills :

Motion graphics or short video editing.

Photography or basic 3D design.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT).
