Job description

To plan, manage and monitor daily activities on operations from end to end. - Monitoring operation processes, taking on the role of decision maker in operational problems that may occur. - Motivating and managing to achieve targets. - Maximizing sales and profit. - Managing inventory and maintaining stock at optimum levels. - Providing a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications

Minimum SPM; with or without work experience are encouraged to apply. - Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition. - Good working attitude and a dependable team player. - Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (OT provided). - Can start work immediately. EPF / SOCSO, Commissions & Overtime pay. The primary responsibility of a Sales Associate includes promoting company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate duties include welcoming customers, guiding them through products or services, responding to customer questions, accepting and processing orders, operating the POS register, resolving return issues, promoting special sales, offers, and awareness of the store loyalty program, and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Required skills : - Clear and effective communication skills. - Team player. - Quick and effective problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt and learn quickly. - Organizational skills and attention to detail.
