Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Experience in retail, sales, or IT is an advantage, but fresh grads are welcome
- Good communication skills, friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Able to use computer and WhatsApp; basic IT knowledge is a plus
- Must have own transport (motorbike or car)
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends

Responsibilities
1. Retail & Sales Operations
Attend to walk-in customers at the front deskEngage with WhatsApp and social media leadsAssist customers in product selection and provide recommendationsPrepare and manage sales documents (quotation, invoice, receipt, DO)Follow up on leads, bookings, and pending paymentsAchieve personal and team sales targets2. Customer Service
Provide basic product explanation (laptop, PC, accessories)Handle post-sale inquiries and coordinate with technician if neededEnsure smooth customer experience from entry to exitAssist in warranty claims and status updates3. Stock & Technical Support
Check incoming / outgoing stock (record in Google Sheet / POS)Perform basic laptop checks (e.g., condition, battery health, serial number)Assist in basic setup : Windows installation, software, cleaningCoordinate with technician on repair and QC progressBenefits
