Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, etc.
• Conceptualize content ideas (themes, series, campaigns) that resonate with target audiences.
• Capture and edit multimedia content : photography, video (short-form, long-form), motion graphics, reels, etc.
• Write / co-write copy, captions, and scripts to accompany visuals (in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages as needed).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, or other teams (e.g. product, operations) to produce content that supports campaigns and business goals.
• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and suggest improvements / iterate.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media trends, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency in style, voice, and visual quality across all content.
• Manage assets : maintain and organize digital content library, source / license imagery, maintain version control, etc.
• Occasionally assist in offline materials (print design, event banners, signage) as needed.
