Job Responsibility

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and XHS campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Manage and update the company website (WordPress) to ensuring engaging content, smooth UX, and SEO optimization. Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to brainstorm and launch marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals. Create and manage marketing content, including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos (Reels, XHS, YouTube Shorts), and website copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives. Research market trends and emerging digital strategies, keeping the company’s marketing approach competitive within the IT / software sector. Track campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports for improvement. Analyze web traffic and ad performance to identify growth opportunities and data-driven decisions. Maintain consistent brand voice and creative storytelling across all digital touchpoints. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or IT-related field. Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram). Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS (Xiaohongshu), and Google Business. Strong analytical mindset. Capable of reading campaign data and optimizing for ROI. Ability to brainstorm creative marketing and campaign ideas with sales and management teams. Up to date with latest marketing tools, automation systems, and digital trends, especially within the IT / software industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Job Benefits
