Job description
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and adjustment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections of production equipment to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and plant managers to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production downtime.
  • Monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Assist in the procurement of spare parts and equipment.
  • Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and tracked in the maintenance management system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the maintenance department.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the plant.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
