Machine Senior Technician

Penerangan pekerjaanPerform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and adjustment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and equipment. Perform routine inspections of production equipment to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner. Coordinate with production supervisors and plant managers to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production downtime. Monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure that they are within budget. Assist in the procurement of spare parts and equipment. Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in good condition. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and tracked in the maintenance management system. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the maintenance department. Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the plant. Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
