Job Overview

We are currently looking for multiple HR Generalists that are ranging from Assistant Manager to Head of HR

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to staff.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
