Company Background : We are representing our client who provide seamless applications in water management, water and wastewater treatment, and industrial waste pollution control. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead sales and marketing efforts for industrial chemicals, with a strong focus on the rubber industry
- Achieve annual sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Understand and assess customer needs; develop tailored value propositions aligned with our product portfolio.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market intelligence to develop and implement effective market strategies.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related disciplineProven sales experience in the industrial chemicals sector, particularly in the rubber industryStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting.Must be willing to travel extensively as part of the role (primarily local and depends on the business schedule)Working hours : Mon - Fri (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm)#J-18808-Ljbffr
