Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) is looking for a Sales Manager based in Singapore.
We are looking for professionals with experience in cable trays / ladders, and who have sold related products to end‑customers in datacenters, onshore, offshore, oil & gas, and heavy industries.
What You’ll Do
- Manage BLine business in SEA, achieving annual targets for Sales and Order while maintaining reasonable margin for the fiscal year.
- Build and develop a distributor network in SEA to cover the entire territory and key accounts.
- Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy in South East Asia.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
- Work closely with Product Manager to develop customer‑orientated products in application and solution.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers of strategic importance to the organization.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for the area of responsibility.
- Manage distributors and support them on technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve sales targets.
- Be committed and responsible for Quality Management System :
- Implement the process approach and risk‑based thinking.
- Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
- Communicate to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements.
- Ensure the QMS meets its goals.
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) is required.8 years sales and marketing experience.Prior budget and financial accountability experience.Skills
