About the Role

As the Solution Engineer, you will serve as the customer‑facing advocate for Razorpay Curlec’s suite of products, supporting prospects with technical implementation for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team at Razorpay and will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of Razorpay Curlec’s platform with merchants, enabling seamless payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of the entire Razorpay Curlec product suite.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and possess strong coding skills in at least one programming language.
• Implement solutions provided by Razorpay Curlec for key clients.
• Represent Razorpay Curlec from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay Curlec and merchants.
• Support the reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Act as a key feedback channel for customer product requirements and expectations, and close the loop with the Product team.
• Validate requirements for product customization requests from clients.
