About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Officer (GP) to join our growing team in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality general practice medical services to our patients, playing a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive medical examinations and consultations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as, blood tests, and other laboratory analyses
  • Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans, including prescribing medications and providing lifestyle counselling
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
  • Collaborating with other MO professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

What we're looking for

  • A valid medical degree and full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council and valid APC
  • At least 5 years of experience in general practice, preferably in a similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and sound medical knowledge across a broad range of medical related diagnosis
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers
  • A compassionate, patient-centric approach and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standard of care
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in KK or GP is an added advantage
  • Stay updated with current medical guidelines, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Supervise, train, and monitor clinic support staff as part of your managerial duties.
  • Ensure full compliance with clinical SOPs, healthcare regulations, and medical protocols.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by management when necessary
