About the role
We are seeking an experienced Resident Officer (GP) to join our growing team in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality general practice medical services to our patients, playing a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive medical examinations and consultations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as, blood tests, and other laboratory analyses
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans, including prescribing medications and providing lifestyle counselling
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
- Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
- Collaborating with other MO professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
What we're looking for
A valid medical degree and full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council and valid APCAt least 5 years of experience in general practice, preferably in a similar healthcare settingExcellent clinical skills and sound medical knowledge across a broad range of medical related diagnosisStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, their families, and other healthcare providersA compassionate, patient-centric approach and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standard of careProficiency in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaExperience in KK or GP is an added advantageStay updated with current medical guidelines, medications, and treatment plans.Supervise, train, and monitor clinic support staff as part of your managerial duties.Ensure full compliance with clinical SOPs, healthcare regulations, and medical protocols.Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by management when necessaryWhat we offer
