Job descriptionCurrently pursuing a diploma / degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field Familiar with major social media platforms and their features Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus Strong creativity, communication, and writing skills Passion for social media, digital trends, and content creation Able to work independently and in a team environment Kuala Lumpur : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Mandarin (Preferred) Bahasa (Preferred)
Job Description :
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including captions, graphics, photos, and short videos
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, followers)
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events through social media
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing team
