Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline. B2 level English Language proficiency. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in the banking industry. Decision-making and analytical skills. Flexibility to changes and sense of urgency. Good time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver set goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, follow directions, and use computer systems effectively. Must be able to speak, read and write in (Simplified) Chinese or Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) Opportunity to represent a reputable brand and provide professional service.
