Job descriptionTeam Training : Build a Team of Hunter, ensure sales are met Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market through various methods, including market research, networking, cold outreach (email, phone, social media), and attending industry events. Achieving Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Building Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations(C-Suites) Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting potential revenue. Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.
The Successful Applicant
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
- Experience : 8 years in BPO, telemarketing, contact centre, insurance or similar sales roles.
- Skills : Proven relationship-building and sales skills; experience with consultative sales; results-driven.
- Attributes : Energetic, fast learner, collaborative, excellent communicator and presenter, detail-oriented.
- Hybrid Work : Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with 4 days remote and 1 day in the office.
