  • Team Training : Build a Team of Hunter, ensure sales are met
  • Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market through various methods, including market research, networking, cold outreach (email, phone, social media), and attending industry events.
  • Achieving Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Building Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations(C-Suites)
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting potential revenue.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.

    • The Successful Applicant

    • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
    • Experience : 8 years in BPO, telemarketing, contact centre, insurance or similar sales roles.
    • Skills : Proven relationship-building and sales skills; experience with consultative sales; results-driven.
    • Attributes : Energetic, fast learner, collaborative, excellent communicator and presenter, detail-oriented.
