Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Modeller located in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for producing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and MEP projects. This role includes tasks such as creating and updating construction drawings, collaborating with project teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of models, and coordinating with other disciplines to identify and resolve potential issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certification or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Candidates intended to pursue Master in Civil Engineering (BIM, AI & Digital twins related) are encouraged to apply
