Job Title : Project Executive – Multimedia Platform and Infrastructure

Department : Resort Marketing

Reports To : Project Manager– Multimedia Platform and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the equipment, including displays, sound systems, and interactive exhibits.
• Responsible for managing content for interactive displays, presentations, and other multimedia elements.
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of the online broadcasting platform, ensuring stable and high-quality audio and video streams.
• Monitoring platform performance and stability.
