EXECUTIVE PAYROLL & BILLING

• Responsible for end-to-end processing of weekly / monthly payroll includes statutory and billing with an emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
• Ensure all documents pertaining Verification of timesheet, overtime, allowances and deduction together with supporting documents and approval prior to payroll computation.
• Accountable for payslip generation and distribution to associates.
• Perform reconciliation for payroll and billing.
• On-time invoice submission to client within 2 working days from pay-out date.
• Participate in pay&bill system enhancement / implementation.
• Update and maintain all trackers related to payroll and billing (Invoice Tracker / CNDN Tracker / etc.) on daily basis.
• Proper filing and save keeping of records for payroll and billing.
• Liaise and follow-up with respective department to ensure all information and documents pertaining to payroll and billing are submitted on time.
• Respond to queries and requests related to payroll and billing from internal staff / associates and clients.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other adhoc task as and when required.
