Job Summary

• Product roadmap, ensure technology framework is capable of supporting future product roadmap
• Enhance product capabilities - constantly look for opportunity to enhance product offering
• Analysis and Design – provide efficient, scalable and reusable design
• Software development – provide solutions for minor or small changes and support larger initiatives
• Provides guidance and technical assistance to team members
• Assists in project planning / initiation phase and support users during implementation
• Coordinate various development activities among multiple stakeholders and across multiple geographical locations
• Post implementation support
• Provides support to production services and testing team
