Work as production supports and primarily responsible and accountable for the stability of the production systems supportedEnsure application compliance to policies, standards, process, and procedures within the bankLead and manage obsolesces, vulnerabilities, CVE, ISV, ICV, IVS, risks, audits for the applications supportedManage stakeholders from senior management, business, operation, country technology, finance, credit, risk, client care, GIA, auditors and regulatorsParticipates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reportingReview the overall design of the projects / enhancements ensuring stability of the application in production is not compromisedWork with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank’s standards and practicesEnsure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processesParticipate in audits, regulatory meeting and other risk related activities from support perspective24X7 standby support based on roster for production technical issues and critical incidentsIdeal Candidates
Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in production supports in a professional corporate environmentAt least Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Information Technology & related fieldsAbility to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and be able to manage and navigate through ambiguity and organizational complexityProven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation initiativesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder communityAnalytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skillsStrong ability to analyse and understand project / programme financials and other relevant data points to synthesize observations for management attentionStrong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilityStrong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll‑up sleeves to drive successMindset to continuously learn and develop themselvesUnderstanding of Strategy covering key operating domains spaExcellent prioritization, organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolutionTeam player, fast learner, self‑initiative and reliableSkills And Experience
