We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior & Experience Copier Technician to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a fulltime Copier Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our range of office equipment, with a focus on photocopiers and multifunction devices. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with photocopiers, printers, and other office equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on devices to ensure optimal performance
• Install and configure new equipment, including setting up network connections
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, both in-person and remotely
• Maintain detailed records of all service interventions and report on equipment performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the industry
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
