Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
At least 8–10 years of experience in route-to-market, sales management, sales operations or distributions with at least 3-5 years of distributor management experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in planning and executing route-to-market strategies and developing distribution channels.
Strong leadership skills.
Motivated and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
