Job descriptionContract de muncă Rotație : 6 luni la bord / 2 luni libere Cabină cu capacitate dublă Bilet de avion dus-întors Acoperire medicală Costurile pentru viză C1 / D și certificat medical sunt rambursate după perioada de probă Oferă o primă impresie pozitivă fiecărui pasager și membru al echipajului printr-un salut cald și prietenos; păstrează întotdeauna o apariție profesională și impecabilă Observă și identifică nevoile de servicii ale pasagerilor și echipajului, oferind răspunsuri adecvate fără a fi întrebat Demonstrează că satisfacția pasagerilor și echipajului este prioritatea principală, răspunzând imediat tuturor solicitărilor, raportând problemele supraveghetorului, rezolvând eficient cererile și urmărind să se asigure de satisfacție Lasă întotdeauna o impresie pozitivă la finalul serviciului printr-un încheiere caldă și sinceră Asigură întotdeauna aranjarea și prezentarea corectă a zonei de serviciu conform standardelor companiei Menține și aprovizionează zona de serviciu conform standardelor companiei Oferă servicii pentru ofițeri, personal și pasageri în conformitate cu standardele companiei Pregătește corect și regulat toate elementele necesare pentru servirea completă a băuturilor la bar Menține toate zonele impecabile, inclusiv iluminatul, atmosfera, meniurile, aranjamentul meselor și scaunelor Pregătește cereri pentru stocurile barului (lichioruri, mâncare etc.) la solicitarea supraveghetorului barului Respectă întotdeauna toate ghidurile, politicile și procedurile companiei, inclusiv protocoalele USPH Susține resursele și răspunsurile de la bord în perioadele de creștere a nivelului de igienă impuse de situații de epidemii Respectă regulile de pontaj și ține evidențe corecte în sistemul ILO Informează imediat supraveghetorul despre orice neconformitate cu Programul RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Organizează sistemul de separare a deșeurilor conform procedurilor stabilite Participă la training-uri regulate și aplică informațiile pentru a-și menține cunoștințele despre produse Demonstrează angajamentul față de valorile, convingerile, obiectivele și inițiativele companiei. Respectă constant valorile fundamentale și filosofia C.R.U.I.S.E Acționează ca reprezentant al companiei și promovează o imagine pozitivă a Princess Cruises față de pasageri, ofițeri și echipaj Menține relații profesionale, eficiente și motivate cu toate departamentele, respectând diversitatea culturală, de background și personală Poartă cu mândrie insigna C.R.U.I.S.E. și afișează permanent cardul de Credo al Serviciului Promovează un mediu fără hărțuire în orice moment
Cerințe :
- Minim 6 luni experiență în servirea mesei (în restaurante, hoteluri sau pe nave de croazieră)
- Bune cunoștințe despre meniuri internaționale
- Bune abilități de comunicare în limba engleză
- Pașaport valabil cel puțin 12 luni
- Viză C1 / D pentru SUA – compania te asistă în procesul de aplicare
- Certificat medical recunoscut – compania te ajută cu programarea
