Event Assistant

The Event Assistant is responsible for handling campaign POSM logistics and assisting in on-ground event execution. This includes hands‑on involvement in event setup, coordination & sourcing of materials, and technical support during installations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable under pressure, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely execution of POSM bulletin packing and complete all required logistics documentation for each campaign.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of event preparation & setup skills such as carpet layering, basic carpentry, and wiring.
• Assist with physical event builds and provide on‑site technical support throughout setup and execution.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

Salary & Other benefits

RM 1,800 to RM 2,200 per month
