Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out sales strategies and ensuring that all enquiries and incoming leads are followed up on in a timely manner;
• To increase revenue growth potential by unlocking new opportunities;
• To actively promote and market the event venue, engaging potential clients and effectively managing inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings and revenue-generating events;
• Responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term business relationships with existing and new customers, proactively understanding their needs to enhance service delivery and sales experience while ensuring a high customer service standard;
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
• Conduct market research and continuously stay abreast of industry trends, competitive practices and changes;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the achievement of existing and prospective sales;
• Provide administrative and operational support and perform any other tasks required for smooth operations;
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned from time to time.
