Overview
Channel Sales Engineer (Himel) at Schneider Electric — Malaysia. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for Himel across Malaysia and involves leading strategic sales initiatives, closing complex deals, and building strong distributor relationships.
What will you do?
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals.
- Establish and develop the distribution networks across all Key Channels.
- Manage sales, events, and marketing strategies.
- Specify and implement strategies required to achieve Sales & Profitability targets.
- Coordinate with the Country Support Team in China regarding Sales orders from placement to delivery.
- Conduct Marketing Intelligence activities required for benchmarking and pricing strategy.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Min).Min 3+ years of experience in Sales & Export.Distributor management experience with ability to build strong relationships with distributors, customers and external partners.Relevant sales background in Electrical products and solutions (Low Voltage, power distribution, industrial control, etc.).Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.Strong leadership, execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development for countries’ sales.Flexible and responsive in a startup-like environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Motivated to perform and meet quotas; strategic, team-oriented, with quick execution and speed.Result-oriented with good analytical and presentation skills.Willing to work under pressure and open to frequent travel.What’s in it for me?
