Requirements :

Minimum SPM / Diploma or higher.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to meet sales goals.
Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel.
Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin (for Japanese restaurant clientele).
IT proficiency (MS Office, Email).

Remuneration & Benefits :

Basic Salary : RM1,800 – RM2,500 (based on experience)

Commission : RM1,600 – RM2,000 (total package up to RM4,700)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical Insurance (after confirmation)

Allowances : RM600 (Transportation), RM600 (Petrol), RM70 (Phone)

Working Days : Monday – Friday (Saturday standby for events)

Sales Merchandiser – Klang, Selangor

Our client, a renowned Japanese company, specializes in high-quality traditional and modern sauces, aiming to bring authentic Japanese flavors to Malaysia. They focus on sustainability while catering to both individual consumers and the foodservice sector.

Responsibilities :

Visit and engage with clients to promote products and services.

Maintain client records and handle inquiries on pricing, availability, and credit terms.

Support roadshows, events, fairs, and sampling booths.

Supervise promoters and provide product training.

Demonstrate and present products to establish new business.

Conduct market research and set up meetings with potential clients.

Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.

Negotiate deals, handle objections, and manage customer feedback.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
