Work closely with project stakeholders, including business units, clients, integration partners, and IT teams, to gather solid requirements, provide advisory input, and ensure alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.
Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, from requirements gathering through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
Provide essential production support by promptly resolving issues raised by affected stakeholders, ensuring system performance remains optimal and minimising disruptions.
Develop and maintain solid documentation for business requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability across the project lifecycle.

skills & experience required

Local Malaysian with a Degree / Diploma in IT or any related field.

Good foundation in technical documentation (e.g., flowcharts, swim lanes, functional specifications, user manuals).

Good understanding of IT-related concepts.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, positive attitude.

Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for stakeholder engagement, as required.

Willingness to participate in late-night system deployment.

Prior exposure to the automobile, motor vehicle, or foreign worker insurance industries is an added advantage.
